Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I was really nervous at first. I’m in a different country where we don’t speak the same language, but everyone was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. It was interesting getting passed around to different people throughout my time there. I was a little confused here and there, but not a huge deal. The procedure was long. That was probably the hardest part, but that’s how it goes. They made sure I was comfortable and doing ok. I’m glad I did it and I’m happy I went to Dr. Cinik.

I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them.
