Clinic center totally deserves 5 stars!! I had my hair transplantation in Turkey with Clinic Center and the whole process was great for me. The consultancy service, and surgeons all had a professional attitude along side having a sincere manner on my whole journey from the beginning to the end in Turkey. In addition, the aftercare service was also a point I was affected by. Even after I left Turkey to return my homeland, they wrote me to ask about how the healing process was going. I will surely recommend this place to my acquaintances.

Really good job. I was little reluctant at the beginning but as soon as we gather with the medical team all fears disappeared. Very professional. Results are impressive for me. No pain at all during the process, only some aching but tolerable. The follow up has been extremely easy and very good communication. I 100% recommend Transes, best option.

I recommend HWT. I had my first hair transplant 1 year ago and the second one last month. The first one got really good results and the new hairline looks very natural and full. Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. My surgeon Mustafa was very caring while going through surgery kept asking if I'm ok, needed anything which like again I'm very happy. I just can't wait to share the end result of my hair transplant. Breast lift and blepharoplasty. I came for these two surgeries all the way from Florida, USA. Very long flight but it was worth it. I was accommodated at a beautiful hotel, and surgeries are done at a very clean hospital. Medical personnel was wonderful. My dear interpreter Berk made things even better by being there for me anytime I needed his help. I highly recommend this place.

I was well looked after by HCTRenova. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. They explained the procedure (DHI) and did a fabulous job. The post-op care and communication were amazing as well. Long after you’ve left Turkey they still check on you to know how you’re doing. It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
