Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Kadri Ila and the whole team of Vanity Clinic for the great service and experience with my rhinoplasty procedure. Everyone was very professional and welcoming from the day I was picked up at the airport until departure. T he procedure went very well and I’m in the process of recovery right now, but I already can see that the final result is going to be very beautiful. I flew from the United States and was picked up at the airport by the Vanity Clinic transfer. Next day I had my blood work done. On the day of the surgery I met with my coordinator Yavuz, nurse and Dr. Ila. During the consultation with the doctor, he made a visual simulation of the future nose shape. I had surgery the same day and stayed at the hospital until felt okay to go to the hotel. Splint was removed on the 6th day after the surgery and Dr. Ila explained the healing process and massaging technique. Can’t be more thankful to the doctor and the whole Vanity Estetik Team, especially Yavuz and Onur who assisted me along the way with answering questions and paperwork.

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

Great experience here. Had my eyebrow transplantation done at BHI and I recommend anyone who wants to do the same looks no further! Dr Kulakarn is very friendly and professional and caring. Likewise Phung, Wang and many other staff are all very respectable and caring. In terms of the result, it is only my second week, the color is still very dark And prominent, as per the doctor it will take around 1 year for a complete result so I guess it just requires more patience.

Last December, I decided to do chemical peeling, and it is my first time and I have not done it before. The doctor who treated me was Dr.Lina, and this is my second experience with her.
