Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

I 100% recommend WestModern Clinic for its hair transplant service. I went through this procedure not too long ago and every thigh from the journey to the results were all perfect. They even sent a car to the airport to pick me up and take me to my hotel. Overall I love my new hair and loved the care and support I got whilst there.

Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. My surgeon Mustafa was very caring while going through surgery kept asking if I'm ok, needed anything which like again I'm very happy. I just can't wait to share the end result of my hair transplant. I cannot believe how easy and fast the experience was! Booked with Zeynep and had my Surgery with Dr. Ayhan Isik Erdal. I had a Rhinoplasty, Vaser liposuction and Buccal fat removal. Everything bar flights is sorted for you and all very professional. Once you arrive there is no waiting around like you do in England, everything is on time (or in my case, faster! I went to surgery early, and my procedures didn't take as long as anticipated). The hospital is very up to date and clean. My patient co-ordinator Fatih answered all of my MANY questions and knew all the answers. I will say there is a slight language barrier, your co ordinators and surgeon will speak good English, but the nurses don't, so it's important to use google translate. However, it doesn't affect the experience as they are used to this. Over all the service is great and although I'm still recovering (laser liposuction takes three months to recover from). I'm already SO SO SO happy with my results. Thank you to the entire vanity team for making the process so smooth.

I had lipo 360 in May 2022 with Surgero. He was absolutely the BEST. His entire clinic staff are top notch and I would do it all over again. From start to finish and beyond in recovery they have always made me feel like a priority and taken great care. Friendly welcoming and answered all my questions. I love my results so far and am still seeing change every day.

All ladies team. Manager Asli organised everything very well, and still provided a great care after surgery, answering all the questions. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it, all the team was very professional friendly, caring. Quote was for 3500 grafts, but they did 4800 with no extra charge, where I was pleasantly surprised. They provided me with all medication and aftercare products BigThanks girls for such a great job, and care you have provided. Now just need to wait for full results. My best recommendations. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

I can’t fault my experience here. From start to finish they made sure I got anything I needed and always made sure I was okay. The staff and Dr Okan we’re extremely professional and reassuring, can’t recommend them enough. 6 months later I’m seeing amazing results and I’m still in contact with Dr Okan if I have any questions or updating him on the progress. 11/10
