My experience with the clinic was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent the staff was extremely kind... The clinic was very hygienic and nice. It's only been 3 months and the first results of the procedure is starting to appear, the outcome looks very good so far and am very glad that I made this decision. I would like to thank the whole team for being with me throughout this whole process and helping me realize this dream that I have had in my mind for a long time. I would definitely recommend.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. The treatment is conducted in a professional way. Dato’ and staff (Ms Emma and her assistant) explain well on the treatment and gave suggestions on the standard design. I just attended the treatment just now, hopefully having the best result afterwards. Keep it up, guys!

Great experience here. Had my eyebrow transplantation done at BHI and I recommend anyone who wants to do the same looks no further! Dr Kulakarn is very friendly and professional and caring. Likewise Phung, Wang and many other staff are all very respectable and caring. In terms of the result, it is only my second week, the color is still very dark And prominent, as per the doctor it will take around 1 year for a complete result so I guess it just requires more patience.
