I want to thank all the staff at the Anadolu hospital for the excellent care and service they provided me whilst I was there having surgery. The level of compassion and care was above and beyond. I want to say a huge thank you to Sevim, who is the clinics coordinator she went above and beyond in every way for me. She made sure me and my companions needs were met. She was very attentive, professional and caring. She answered all my messages and questions promptly. Nothing was ever too much for her. Honestly she was amazing. Dr Cenk hands down is a phenomenal surgeon, his level of professionalism and overall communication was fantastic. I had no pain after my surgery. I honestly feel he has been blessed with healing hands. Highly recommend the bariatric team at this hospital. Thank you so much.

I would like to Thank You So Much for everything, to the Global Health and BookingSurgery. My coordinator was amazing and answered all questions and doubts, the support was incredible. Because even though my surgery is done, she made herself available if I need any support. I had such an amazing experience during my stay in the Optimed International Çorlu Hastanesi. I had Dr Ali Tardu as my surgeon and he was amazing, very attentive, and checked on me regularly. I can say that I had fun during my stay. All the staff that worked on the 6th floor, Nurses and Housekeepers that were in contact were amazing, friendly, kind, caring and patient. It felt like home. The only "negative" thing was with the kitchen staff from the hospital, not negative but they were not prepared for people with gluten intolerant and vegan. That was mentioned in advance before I booked the surgery and when I arrived at the hospital. With me it was not a big problem because I was not eating but my friend is gluten intolerant and they kept giving her food with gluten, I mentioned it to the staff and they gave her an alternative but not much. The other negative thing was that they did not understand one of my allergies, I mentioned to my coordinator that I have allergies to latex before I booked the surgery and I also mentioned in the hospital when I arrived, but kept using latex gloves during all stay, the only time that did not used was during the surgery because I see them with the latex free gloves and they kept saying no latex.

I had Vaser Liposuction at JFS Clinic in September. I was meeting with many clinics and it was very difficult to choose, but thanks to my assistant's quick response to all my questions and our online meeting with the surgeon, I decided to choose this clinic. I made the right decision, the whole process went smoothly, from being met at the airport to pre-operative tests and doctor's check-ups. I highly recommend this Clinic.

I shopped around for hair implants and with their offer they convinced me straight away they were by far more reasonable than anyone else. When I arrived at the airport I was greeted by the rep (Yagiz Aydin) wonderful guy extremely helpful nothing too much for him, he introduced me to the lady doctor who was very kind and efficient so was all her team She followed up with kindness I strongly recommend this clinic.

It is grace amazing when I met with hospital directors Mr Mel and doctor Osman Uyar with great hospitality and caring is super. I can't compare with any hospital. The doctors are always checking on us time to time to make sure everything is in good shape including nurses, both are well trained.

the whole process is very slick, safe and professional. From the initial discussions with a UK rep, to booking, paying, travelling, admission and onwards, everything went like clockwork. I was told what to expect and my expectations were met. The nurses were great, my surgeon amazing, sometimes visiting twice a day. I was kept very comfortable in a very clean room (also cleaned twice a day); I felt very safe and looked after. When recovered and medically fit, I was allowed to stay at a hotel for the night before flying home. My husband also came with me as a companion and he was also impressed with the hospital and team, and the process. I am a nurse in the NHS and know what great looks like, thank you

I had gastric sleeve surgery 5 days ago. that was painful at the beginning but after 1 day, I was feeling good. They always advise me to walk. Now, I'm resting at their hotel. I will go back to the UK tomorrow. I already lost 7 kilos, this is unbelievable. Best team, best performance. Highly recommended. Thank you clinic bariatric team especially, Vera, you are amazing.

I had Gastric sleeve surgery on Nov 19th, 2022. It was the best decision I made. At first, I was sceptical of having the surgery in a place away from home. Lily my consultant and all my questions and told me the process and assured me I had nothing to worry about everything was taken care of. From the hotel stay, transport, and all minimal needs for the surgery and post-op. I hah the chance to talk to Amy one of my dietitians and she made me feel secure, and I am a picky eater. From the min I arrived in Turkey, I was taken good care of. Had no problems and had a translator who welcomed me and the team was fantastic. Met Dr. Ceyhum and his team after my test and off to surgery. The entire team was very kind and helpful but then I was worried because now reality wild begin. I thought I was going to be alone with this. I thank My dietitians Amy, Minty and Noura and Yasmín my translator. They have been in every second of my journey, providing each stage of my diet, tips, ideas, and recipes and answering all my questions. I am VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION TO TRANSFORM MY LIFE. With Health Direct Medical Clinics, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences. I felt comfortable the entire time because everyone there seemed friendly. Melissa in particular took great care of me both before and after the treatment. She saw to it that I had all I required for rest and healing.
