I had been thinking long and hard about getting a sleeve and while searching, I found Novomed. Their representative John is always quick to reply and courteous. He sent me all the information I needed in a clear and professional manner. John also sent me reminders and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed with me. The booking process was quick and simple and after a few weeks, I arrived at Istanbul. I met the wonderful Dr. Necdet Derici who performed my procedure. A proper gentleman who visited me often in the hospital. The staff of the hospital were all skilled, kind and professional, especially our translator Erhaz who went the extra mile for my partner and I. The dieticians were all so lovely and helpful with my queries. My experience with Novomed was brilliant and I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Clinics united Coordinators Josef, Ayse, Maksim, were honestly the best! They made my experience and stay amazing, nothing was ever to much to ask and they were always on hand! Nothing went wrong I was immediately picked up from the airport taken to my hotel, then transported to the hotel with Ayse who handled everything so well. I had my surgery with surgeon Op Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz who has completely changed my life for the better. He is honestly the best surgeon I've come across. Wow, what can I say? I had the best experience thanks to bridge health travel (Irem) everything was discussed before I even got a on a plane. As soon as you get to the medstar hospital Irem will be waiting for you with a smile!! You are admitted straight away and the tests begin (they don't waste any time) after my surgery I was always checked on by the nurses/my surgeon and Irem. Going abroad for surgery scared the life out of me but now that I've experienced it I would 100% recommend and go back again! I was operated by Dr. Karadeniz on 13/12/2021. I had a gastric sleeve since then I've lost half my weight. (Starting weight 121kg now 59kg). I received a very friendly welcome and was treated very well. My translator was Sezen, she is such a great and loving person and explained everything to me very well. I'm so glad I made this decision. Dr Karadeniz gave me a new life I would do it again anytime! Thanks alot!

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. This hospital is a top class service. They are well organised, professional and honest. All the staff were lovely and caring and made sure you were well looked after. They do lots of tests to make sure that you are fit for the surgery. The staff allow you to ask them anything and have very good English so you can understanding everything. It was two members of staff who went the extra mile Denise and Nesrin. I was having the surgery alone and they made the journey so easy and not terrifying. I felt as though I was not alone. They both was so genuine, kind, and happy. Without these two I would of found the process a lot harder. I will be back in future. Doctor Manny also was a very good and cool doctor. He gave you the time to ask questions and also spoke with you on a personal level. Thank you to everyone for everything. You was great.
