The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

I had a gastric sleeve operation I felt normal after the operation but if you want to eat something you can't eat so much You are eating just what you need. It feels really good that I have lost 28 lbs so far. I am really happy and thank you for that.

Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. I found Clinic Center on Instagram and started to read comments on trust pilot. Hence, the number of comments on trust pilot is high and the rating score was high, that encourage me to contact with them. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. The salesperson was really concerned and answer my all doubts, the doctor and the patient service was amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. After surgery, I was starting to loose weight after surgery. It has been like 3 months since I got my surgery. Thanks for Clinic Center to help me getting this hard procedure without getting trouble. I had a vaser liposuction of my abdomen, the first contact was through WhatsApp, sharing some pictures and getting an offer, after arrival in Istanbul at the hospital (different one as Vanity's own clinic) blood tests were taken, there was some miscommunication and it seemed that the blood test was lost, however good news they found it back ;) On the day of the operation, I met Bilge (representative of Vanity) and the doctor, they talked me through the process and shortly after that, I had my anesthesia. Waking up after the surgery I thought I could go to the hotel, however, I had to stay for the night (maybe good to mention so you can bring some amenities, for whatever reason the hospital did not have any). I was given some delicious food and a few sips of water, I was so thirsty but the nurses seemed to be annoyed when I asked for more water and pointed me to a water tap at the end of the corridor where I had to get it myself, friendliness of them could be improved. Then after the night, I went back to the hotel, I recommend bringing a travel partner to help you, cause getting up from bed etc. is pretty difficult the first week. The check-up was at Vanity's clinic and everything looked already great. Now after 3 months, I can say that I am happy with the result, of course, I hope the small scars will disappear in time. Vanity staff was very kind and supportive throughout the whole time ;)

Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. Booked for breast enlargement, after much research I decided to go with clinics untied and I was not disappointed. Alexandra arranged my surgery and stay via WhatsApp (even arranged extra days in the hotel due to flights) her customer service is amazing nothing was too much of an ask. On arrival in Turkey, I was greeted by a very friendly Ayşe, from the word go she was an absolute angel. She spoke to me through everything, calmed me down when I was nervous and always done so with a smile on her face. She is a fantastic asset for the company. The surgeon was fantastic. I spoke to Irem nearly a year before my surgery. She was the first person I had spoken to when I was doing my research that didn't just want to talk money with me. She asked how I was!!! Everyone at the hospital is lovely, and kind and can not do enough. I would advise anyone to use this hospital. Nothing is too much bother. I am 4 months in and 5 stone down. I have dropped from a size 22/24 to a size 12/14 and got my life back. I could not be more happy with the choice I made.

Asli helped me through my journey from start to finish! I have a number of health problems and was concerned about the operation. Had my gastric sleeve surgery done by Medhera's doctor on 19/10/23, he came to see me before and after surgery. Very professional and polite doctor I have ever seen. He personally did the dressing of my incisions next day of my surgery, explained whatever he could and made efforts to speak in English. Wow wow wow I use to suffer from sleep apnea and I was obese Sezen and Dr Metin were amazing I’m so glad I found them I also had a hernia which Dr. Metin fixed for me. All the staff were amazing. I got the gastric sleeve surgery. I was 115KG now I’m 80kg my sleep apnea is gone and it’s loads of energy thanks, guys ❤️

I had VSG with Clinichub on the 12/10/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I received from Clinichub. From the time I was picked up from the airport to surgery day I felt like I was in safe hands and if I had any questions; I always had someone to clarify things for me. The hotel was amazing and nurses and doctors check up on you regularly even at the hotel. Currently my dietician communicates with me on a daily basis and checks up on what I’m eating and how I’m feeling. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I've had gastric sleeve surgery back in October 2020 operated by Dr Bora Koc. Fatih who was my coordinator was very friendly, professional and informative from the beginning, any enquiries I had were answered immediately. My stay at the hospital was lovely. All the staff members are friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Dr Bora Koc, has absolutely changed my life and I cant thank him enough. From 130kg I now weigh 70kg and still losing weight after almost 2 years post op. My whole experience was absolutely top notch and I would 150% recommend this Academy to those who are interested in bariatric surgery.

What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.
