I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I recently had a tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift & thigh lift and everything from communication with Omar to arriving at the hospital. You feel in good hands and always have a translator at hand. I stayed in the hospital the whole time and didn't use the hotel as I was having a lot of surgery and I was alone. I would recommend this clinic and would like to thank all the staff ...now to recover.

An excellent experience of service from Dr Cem and his team. Everything was explained at initial contact and all questions answered with clarity. From the moment I landed the entire team has been so supportive and really took good care of me. Dr Cem’s invaluable experience made the procedure very smooth. The aftercare and guidance has been amazing too which is helping me get back to normality very smoothly.

I had a gastric balloon at Novemed in Turkey. I need to lose weight as 13 stone and only 5 foot 3 inches tall. As my BMI is 32 I was not fat enough for a gastric sleeve!! The correspondence with them was fantastic. A Whatsapp group was set up immediately. I was met at the airport and taken to a lovely business hotel where I stayed for 2 nights. I was picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. I was on my own and Sumeyra and a man whose name I can't remember met me. They both spoke excellent English and stayed with me throughout, well until I was anaesthetised! They were there when I woke up. I was then taken back to my hotel a few hours later and the next day picked up and taken back to the airport. The dietician has kept in touch with me and responds within minutes to any questions or enquiries I have. It was so easy and I can absolutely recommend Novemed. I have been back for 2 weeks and already lost 10 pounds! I will be returning to Turkey in January to have the balloon removed and this has already been booked and confirmed.

I went to Istanbul with Apera in January 2023, the hospital was spotless, the staff were kind and professional. I cannot express how pleased I am that I went. The hotel was 5 star and the after care is good. I would highly recommend this company.

I had my operation last week. I feel great.

They looked after me well and I'm healing very well without any problem. My stay was so comfortable and staff was so lovely and helpful and they speak English very well. My weight was a struggle for me for all my life. My experience with Clinichub has been great from start to finish! 😊 I struggled with my weight for all my life and finally decided that do something about it and started researching weight-loss surgeries and came across the gastric sleeve. So I started my enquiry with Clinichub, chatting with my lovely Coordinator and had a consultation, my surgeon, before booking my surgery! My coordinator made sure that I knew everything about the process, what to expect, how to prepare myself, etc. Then I booked my flights, packed and was mentally ready to do this for myself so I could lose this excess weight that was holding me back from enjoying many things in life. I arrived at the airport late at night, the driver was already waiting for me and escorted me to this 5-star hotel, my room was very neat and clean. There was an amazing breakfast buffet which I was not able to ENJOY ☹ as I was already on my fluid diet. Anyways, I was informed by my coordinators about the plan for the day. I got up and get ready for the tests and was taken to the hospital by the driver. I finally I met Asuman in the hospital who had been helping all through my booking process and she guided me in there as well and made sure everything went well super smoothly. The dietitian was also amazing, she explained a lot of things to me made sure everything was clear about my diet and brought me my supplements to use later. I also got to meet other patients who were having surgery on the same day as me which helped lessen my anxiety, you know seeing other people go through the same experiences and supporting each other. I met my surgeon prior to my surgery, and he was very kind and gave me confidence that everything would go well. He also made sure I felt comfortable and cared for afterwards. The nurses were lovely and very attentive. Even though I was in pain in my first day, pain relief was provided, they helped me walk and felt so much BETTER after taking my first shower, relieved and renewed. By the time I got discharged, I was feeling so good like I haven’t even had surgery and I kept thinking “WHY HAVE I DELAYED THIS FOR SO LONG?” So overall, I was impressed with the quality of the service and even though I was nervous to travel by myself, I felt comfortable and welcomed during my whole stay. So MASSIVE THANK YOU to Clinichub for the journey and my doctor, all the coordinators, nurses, drivers, hotel staff! I’ll be definitely back for my tummy and referring my family and friends 😊

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

I would highly recommend booking surgery I received fantastic communication before I even landed in Istanbul with my amazing coordinator Nina. Even when I arrived home she was there on the other end of the phone answering the questions I had all whilst heavily pregnant she really went above and beyond for me. I had 2 procedures I had a FDL Extended Tummy tuck & breast uplift & implants following a 7 stone 5 weight loss my surgeon was Dr Emin he was incredible he knew exactly the look I wanted and he done an incredible job. I am very impressed with my neat stitching and my results are fantastic. He came and saw me every morning after the operation to check I was okay and if I had any questions he really was amazing. I am hopefully heading back next year for a thigh lift, the hospital and nurses were amazing they took care of me every step off the way with pre-op testing & the aftercare was brilliant. I heeled beautiful, I choose this clinic on recommendations through a lot of my weigh loss surgery friends and I am so glad I found booking surgery you won’t be disappointed.

The VIP Shuttle Service was very good, they were always on time. Dr. Ceyhun Aydogan was very nice, he did very good work. I only have 4 little scars that healed fast and wonderfully. I got Gastric Sleeve Operation. The German translator Karun helped me understand everything and was with me on all the preliminary examinations. The nurses were all very nice and did great work. Back at the hotel was a nurse that came to my room every day to make sure everythings ok. She was very nice too. Directly after the operation, I got the contacts of the Dietitians Amy and Nora and of Bahar the Post-OP-Consultant. These three helped me with my Diet and guided me along the way. I can contact them whenever I want and I get an immediate answer. I really am glad, I got the Gastric Sleeve done by this doctor in Istanbul. I had an overall good experience.
