In March of last year, I contacted Dr. Ismail desperate & almost hopeless, he asked me to pay him a visit for a check up & to discuss a treatment plan, prices etc, as I was on a budget. I paid him a visit, discussed our options & immediately began my treatment. That day was the beginning of an incredibly successful treatment. I was missing several teeth & my case was quite complicated. I researched my situation & I knew I needed a highly skillful Dentist to make my treatment a success. Alhamdulila & thanks to Dr. Ismail, today I am with a full set of teeth (dental implants), & most importantly, NOT A SINGLE complication occurred. I was in contact with a lady called Selena from the beginning. Selena spoke very good English and her communication skills was top-class. Any questions I had she had a quick response and replied straight away, it made me feel at ease because it was a big step for me to go to another Country to have work done. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold from the reception to the people you walk by, I was also greeted by my name. The dentist assistant and the dentist were brilliant they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist had a great sense of humour he was very funny it was a big help because I was nervous at the beginning. Hygiene is to a high standard, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for giving me my smile back.
My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. I have had veneers, an implant, fillings, root canal, both my daughters have had work fixing a broken front tooth, which came up perfectly, like brand new on my 7-year-old, braces for my 13-year-old, cleaning and whitening for both my husband and I. I have waited a number of weeks to write this review so as to ensure it is helpful. I stayed in the beautiful Gocek and my treatment was arranged conveniently around myself and my family so that our holiday wasn't at all impacted on. The procedures were comfortable, in pristine facilities, and the end result was just perfect. I have had no problems since and am beyond delighted with my outcome. I had general dental health work and replacement and new veneers. All just brilliant. Thank you so much. Will be back for follow up and any further treatment.
This is an excellent dentist. I am always anxious at a dentist, and they were very kind and patient with me. I saw the hygienist and she was excellent, I really liked that the lead dentist was consulted. They also completed an x-ray for me and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them for check-ups and teeth cleaning. Thank you, guys!
