I’ve been to Novusklinik for three visits now. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to think going to the dentist would be an unpleasant experience, but I’ve had a very enjoyable experience so far. My teeth look SO MUCH better than they did beforehand. Thank you, guys!

First time going abroad for dental work and couldn't be happier with the results. The staff are excellent and the work was completed in just a couple of days. Didn't even feel anything, and I had heard a root canal can be very painful! Recommend it, and will be coming back for any future major dental work.

Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

I would highly recommend Udental. Ilan was incredibly informative when addressing my concerns over dental care, and provided very thorough and clear steps on how to proceed with different Invisalign options. I would feel very confident and comfortable consulting with him again for future treatments.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. "I am so thankful for the excellent care I have been given at Dental Design Studio in Cancun. I traveled from Chicago to get treatment because the cost of treatment was about 30% of the prices I found in Chicago. The doctors and staff are experts in their field, have impressive credentials, and are completely patient and compassionate. The anesthesiologist was excellent as well. The office staff pretty much held my hand through arranging travel. The office employs a driver who provided transportation from the airport to my hotel and back, and also provided transportation to and from every appointment here. He saw me from my hotel into the office each time which made me feel very safe and was much appreciated, especially after I had anesthesia. I was also provided transportation to a pharmacy and given assistance with making sure I could buy the right medications I needed. Dental Design Studio has gone above and beyond to take good care of me and I am grateful for each person who works there. If you are looking for affordable, top-notch dental care, do not hesitate to contact them. In the future, I will be making sure my relatives and friends consider this excellent alternative to the much more expensive dental care in my area.

WOW!! That is all I can say. Dr personally came and picked me up from my air b&b on the first day and sent a car for me every other visit. Her English is great so there were no communication problems. She listened to my concerns and we talked through desired results. I had crown porcelain bridges on both the top and bottom jaws & I am so happy with the result. My teeth are so white and flawless. My smile is just amazing. It only took 4 visits and a week to have the final result. Dr has her clinic in her house, which feels more personalised and inviting than a dentist's surgery. I highly recommend her.

I was a patient with many questions and Dr Beltre is love, he dedicates the time I needed to clarify my questions, and he is very honest. Because I wanted to get 8 implants, but he explained that with 5 was enough, which shows me that he is not a doctor interested in money, he really cares about doing the work that I really needed.
