This was our second visit from Melbourne to Dr Vu Tuyen. This time my partner needed two bridges and teeth whitening and I needed three extractions, a bridge and teeth whitening. Vu practices from her home and is very welcoming and professional. For our first appointment, she met us at our apartment and for all other appointments she arranged taxis to collect and drop us off. One day she cooked us breakfast and another day took us out for lunch. It was lovely to meet her family and dog. My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
