I had a great experience at this clinic. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, and Dr. Olga speaks perfect English. The clinic location is in a good area and a nice building. I had gum surgery, and my overall procedure and follow-up were positive. Dr. Olga is very personable and enjoyable.

Highly recommend Berlin dental centre. The standard of care that they provide for their patients is fantastic. The office staff is also welcoming. I find Flynns Dental Care professional and very caring. It would not take you long to get the feeling that the patient comes first. The staff are so nice and keep everything calm and relaxed all while presenting a very high level of professionalism. The facilities have a high standard of cleanliness. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait although I don’t think I have waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The dentist I go to is Dr Ciara Drummond AKA Dr Ciara. I have a phobia of dental clinics. Because of this I have been to a lot of dentists, and I must admit the majority have been very nice, but Dr. Ciara is way ahead of anyone I have been to. She has a very calming deminer. Let’s you know what is happening. She explains the procedure about to be carried out, all while making sure you do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. I have been going to Flynns Dental Care for several years now and I would highly recommend them. Very easy to make an appointment. Team who works there are professional, dedicated and knows they are the best. I completely trust them in their suggestions of what to be done with my tooth and didn't get disappointed. They worked on every small detail, my tooth was broken but after they fixed it, my tooth look better than when it was not broken. I have another tooth who was very bad damage by caries and I thought I will loose it, but they saved my tooth with Corona and looks great. Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
