My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

My contact with Dra. Meneses and her office staff were prompt and professional and they went beyond my expectations. My appointment was soon, I didn't have to wait, they were very flexible when my appointment worked best for me. I asked for extra information and that was provided quickly. This dental practice honored their quote, provided very good service for my implant and it was completed in a reasonable time. The office is very clean and their spokesperson Priscilla speaks English very well and is very accommodating. The only drawback to the office is the steep outside stairs that may be difficult for a handicapped person

Wonderful I had 2 implant sets and the small one. Sinus lift free. The initial fear was over after about 30 minutes since the implants were already placed pain-free. Well prepared, calm, safe and professional, I only know from old experienced dentists. Very professional teamwork, like in Formula 1. I'm looking forward to the construction of the bridge. This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

This was my first visit to Dr Chio's clinic . I was a bit apprehensive as there were so many doctors to choose from when I researched dentists on the internet . But I was very happy with the treatment . I had a root canal and an extraction along with a temporary denture , temporary crown and teeth cleaning all done in 6 hours. It was a totally pain free experience. I drove down with friends from Houston Texas. Stayed at super 8 by Wyndham for a night. The total cost of the dental treatment was very reasonable. Staff is excellent. I will be returning back in a months time for the rest of my treatment.. permanent crown and bridge. I definitely recommend Dr Chio.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!
