My patient coordinators have both been amazing and really helpful, they have answered all my many questions. They were also very supportive during my stay in Izmir, they made sure all my transfers were smooth with no problems. My hotel stay was also very comfortable and accommodating. Really happy with my experience at the clinic and happy with my results and Doctor too.

I was accompanied by Naz and driver Farouk to the clinic. The whole experience was a delight. Also a big thank you to Ogi for helping me set up the appointment. Everything was very professional and easy. Naz is a delight, very friendly helpful and speaks excellent English. I felt I was in very good hands. The treatment was very good. I travelled over to Istanbul on my own for breast augmentation. I was well-taking care of never on my own a driver collected me from the airport and brought me to the hotel. Hilal text me to let me know what time I'd be collected at next morning and meet me there. A hug and very sweet nature made me feel at ease. Nurses all so nice did my pre-op checks. Then I meet my surgeon Dr murat was very friendly and professional and listening to what I wanted we decided what was best all the time Hilal was with me making sure I understood everything. 30 mins later, I was on theatre. The whole hospital was spotless. I can never fault anything I was taking care off from hospital to the hotel to airport never felt on my own. I delighted with my surgery and would have no hesitation in recommending Mcan health.

It has been one month after my new hair journey and I can say the service of RTS is extraordinary. They made me feel at ease pre procedure and on the day itself. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. SALUSS. The clinic kept its word. Not only was I looked after extremely well The Surgeon Mr Dr Erol explained everything to me before the procedure. He also came back checked me at times. When I arrived late at night they still did the various tests that were required. The nurses were brilliant and attentive as were the co-ordinators which were a boom. 2 days after I was escorted to my hotel with medications and checked up on. Any question I needed an answer to they were there for me. Definitely, a clinic I would visit again. Thank you all at Saluss Clinic ♥️

I had a gastric Balloon Done which costed 2000 Euro for 6 months. I am down 9kg after 6 weeks. I found the communication excellent and the follow up. I knew there was support if any questions and that was great reassurance. I organised this very fast and I was accommodated for the dates that suited me. All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was very attentive throughout. Getting picked up from the airport and collected and dropped off at hotel and clinic took a lot of stress out of the trip. Melanie who I was communicating was very accommodating and always answered any questions immediately. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who was considering this.
