I made an appointment to meet Mr. Harley to discuss what could be done with my nose. I’ve been unhappy with the appearance of my nose for years (I had a steep bridge). Mr. Harley examined my nose and took pictures from different angles. He showed me photos of before and after work, he’s carried out on other patients in or a similar situation and started to talk about what could be done with mine. Mr. Harley understood what I wanted to be done and showed me on his computer roughly what it could look like. He was very honest and professional throughout which made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Later that day I received an email from Mr. Harleys secretory Linda with my quotation, which included a full break down of all the costs. I personally thought the price was reasonable for the type of operation I was expecting to have. As soon as I agreed to go ahead, Mr. Harley wanted to see me again Incase I had any other questions and to make sure I was 100% happy. On the morning of my operation, I checked in at reception and got shown to my room. The nurses introduced themselves and done some tests (all the nurses are extremely helpful and kind). Mr. Harley came and saw me make sure I was ok and took some more photos. After my operation I was looked after very well by everyone - nurses and healthcare assistants kept checking on me and offering me something to drink/eat. Mr. Harley saw me later that day to see how I was and explained how the operation went. After a comfortable night, it was almost time for me to go home. The nurses and Mr. Harley done some final tests and gave me some medication to take home - they explained what I should do if I had any problems and to call anytime. After a week, I had my splint and stitches removed. Mr. Harley was pleased with the result and so was I 100%! He explained it takes around a year for the nose to completely settle down which is understandable. Overall I can honestly say I am so happy with the service and care I received. All the staff are friendly, professional and always wanting to help. Mr. Harley is very professional, honest and caring - I would recommend him to anyone as he takes great pride in his work and looks after his patients.

They do actually care about you, I wanted to transform my body from head to toe and it does include multiple operations such as tummy tuck, bbl, liposuction, rhinoplasty, face and neck lift, and leg liposuction. I have contacted many different clinics and wanted to receive quotes from each of them. Nearly all of them gave me quotes and doctors were telling me that it is possible to have multiple operations. Afterwards I contacted Clinic excellent and they have informed me that the efficiency of the procedures will decrease if I have many operations at once in terms of bleeding it would make the situation even harder. So they provided me a treatment plan that and step by step I will receive my treatment. I was really surprised because I saw that other clinics wanted to proceed as they are going to earn more in once. However Clinic Excellent did not want me to be at risk so they only accepted a part of the payment and performed a part of the procedures. I have healed and got back to my country now I am waiting for fully healed to get back. I got Tummy tuck, bbl and lipo and my bottom part looks amazing. I will get back to Clinic Excellent to get my rhino, and face lifting soon. I have already booked my second date and the countdown has started. Dr Lopez is very professional and her English is excellent. She was very thorough and explained things very clearly. I liked that she didn’t try to talk me into any other treatments than the one I enquired about (unlike other clinics). The clinic was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionists were also lovely and spoke good English. It was a pleasure to meet them all. I cannot comment on the treatment I enquired about at the clinic, as I haven’t had it done yet.

At first, I had some difficulties finding the good surgeon for but after helping from some people and after seeing the reviews and results of Dr Mehmet I knew he is the best at the business. I did the surgery one week ago and everything was amazing from the moment I landed. At the airport, there was a special taxi waiting for me and an assistant who speaks fluently English and the taxi was also great, talking about Dr Mehmet he's just something else the way he treats his patients so kindly and of course, his great work after I had big problems with the look of my nose and breathing issues and he fixed all that in a single operation in a great hospital and great hospitality by the nurses and the other staff. I highly recommend Dr Mehmet he's just expert and knows exactly what's needed and you can get the best result for less money compared to other surgeons.
