I cannot believe how easy and fast the experience was! Booked with Zeynep and had my Surgery with Dr. Ayhan Isik Erdal. I had a Rhinoplasty, Vaser liposuction and Buccal fat removal. Everything bar flights is sorted for you and all very professional. Once you arrive there is no waiting around like you do in England, everything is on time (or in my case, faster! I went to surgery early, and my procedures didn't take as long as anticipated). The hospital is very up to date and clean. My patient co-ordinator Fatih answered all of my MANY questions and knew all the answers. I will say there is a slight language barrier, your co ordinators and surgeon will speak good English, but the nurses don't, so it's important to use google translate. However, it doesn't affect the experience as they are used to this. Over all the service is great and although I'm still recovering (laser liposuction takes three months to recover from). I'm already SO SO SO happy with my results. Thank you to the entire vanity team for making the process so smooth.

Excellent treatment from start to finish! At the consultation, we amended my treatment to make it more suitable to myself. A complete explanation of why this would provide more positive results and so I choose to have Smart Lens replacements. Over the next two days I had my surgeries, one eye on each day. No pain at all during the procedure and only minor discomfort afterwards. I was provided with plenty of medication to ease any pain, aid healing and antibiotics as well, all with instructions for use. My coordinator throughout was Batuhan, who answered any queries promptly, whatever time of day - I honestly don’t know when he sleeps! Professional, friendly and amazingly helpful in every contact. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr. Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived in Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel, which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Thanks to Mr. Yigit and his professional team, I have a great body now. I was looking for a doctor for liposuction, and on the advice of my friends, we talked to him online and decided which areas should be applied for me. I had liposuction surgery 1 year ago. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
