Flew out to Istanbul on 28.07.2022 for surgery on 29.07.2022. I cannot fault the service provided from being collected from the airport, to the hotel we stayed in and to the care I received whilst in hospital before and after surgery. The team looking after me were outstanding including Rosa, Taylor, Shayla and my surgeon Dr Muhammed. They kept my companion informed and updated all through surgery and answered any questions and concerns to put our minds at rest. Our stay went with no issues and I was amazed at how well organised the whole process was. The check up I received before surgery was VERY thorough - one that I would never have received back in the UK. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those involved. Ich möchte gerne einige Worte zu dem ganzen Prozess schreiben . Eigentlich weiß man gar nicht was man genau schreiben soll. Es war von der ersten Minute an ,alles perfekt, ich fühle mich hier unfassbar wohl und verstanden. Vom ersten Tag an hatte ich meine Beraterin Betül bis zum Tag der Operation, die sich um den Aufenthalt, Transport usw kümmerte und mir alles mitteilte. In meiner Gruppe von Ernährungsberatern kann ich nur schwärmen, Ernährungsberaterin Amy, Ernährungsberaterin Nora, und Post-Operative Beraterin Bahar, sind jederzeit zu Stelle und beantworten jede kleinste Frage die man evtl noch hat, trotz der ganzen super geschrieben Texte bei jeder Phase, viele Rezepte und Tips. Ich habe eine magen Operation gehabt vor einem Monat und habe jetzt einen schlauchmagen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super ,man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an gut aufgehoben. At first, I was worried to go abroad for plastic surgery, mommy makeover, however when I met Abdelrahman at the airport, assistant of my plastic surgeon Dr Murat Sarici, who brought me straight to hospital for tests, I was relieved because I met high experienced staff, the hospital was equipped with modern technology and was very beautiful itself. The operation went well, and I was monitored 24/7 by medical staff, by the surgeon, nurses and the best assistant, Abdelrahman. He always replied fast and was always there if I had any questions, even during night time. When I was brought back to the hotel, which I must say was outstanding as well, the nurse came every day to check me. Dr Murat Sarici is a very high professional doctor and I would highly recommend him and this hospital to anyone who is planning to go for plastic surgery abroad.
