The whole experience with Smile Hair staff once I arrived in Istanbul, from the time I was picked up to the moment they dropped me of at the airport, was flawless. You can see that they don't leave anything to chance. It is all taken care of in the smallest details. I would like to highlight though that the great customer service and personalized attention started much earlier when I was still in doubt about the surgery. I was assigned a customer care agent (Alex) that replied with patience and professionalism even the silliest questions I had, without pushing me to do it but instead providing essential information that was not available online. Besides that, the amazing availability and care of Alex continued months after the operation made me feel like they don't just stop caring about you once you have paid them. This is a very high customer service that is rarely seen these days. Thank you Smile Hair.

My experience with Baran Kul Clinic was very delighted. I came to Istanbul From Belgium to get a hair transplant. I was greeted at the airport by a friendly man who took me by taxi to my hotel where the staff were very friendly. The next day I was at the medical hospital to have my hair transplant where all the staff were very friendly and filled me with confidence. The operation took several hours as I had a lot of baldness to fill. The team and the doctor were very professional from start to finish. The aftercare was very thorough. I was given very clear instructions to look after my hair, and a phone number if I wanted to get in touch with them 7/24 during the healing process. I highly recommend Baran Kul & his team. Like I said I am delighted with the outcome it was very good value for money.

Recently, I have a hair transplant in turkey with the Sanamentum. They arrange to pick and drop me at the airport to the hotel and at the hospital. If I have any questions they respond straight away. I'm really thankful for what they did. Highly recommend to everyone

I am writing this review on the 10th day of my srugery. The coordinator, medical staff and the doctor, everyone was very friendly and supportive. Everything was done as committed by them before my travel to Istanbul. Doctor was easily approachable and was present during the surgery time which was my biggest concern before the surgery. After the surgery as well, I met the doctor two more times with just a whatsapp request and they accommodated me. Still the coordinator is in touch with me reviewing my pictures on daily basis and has committed to the same as and when I need. The initial results look good as the area that was committed by the doctor before the surgery is all covered with transplant hair. However, as per the transplant process explained by the doctor, it will take around 6 months to show complete results and I will wait for it to comment on the results again. I am hopeful that the results will be similar to be 5-star service that the hospital has provided me.
