Haifa was an excellent coordinator and handled everything from transportation to the actual hair transplant. All went well and I can recommend the clinic for their professionalism and competitive pricing.
I booked to visit Mcan in March and was thoroughly pleased with the consultation pre-surgery and results in post-surgery seem good. However, it is only 2 weeks after the operation and full results aren't expected for another 9-12 months. The help and advice were given to me before booking was excellent. The clinic itself was lovely, very clean, modern and had a family feel to it. It is situated in the Levent area of Istanbul which is very nice. One area for improvement is the hotel, Troya. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself isn't great. The rooms are small. The walls are too thin and the decor needs updating. They were refurbishing the rooftop terrace when I stayed so maybe the rooms are next. The doctor at Mcan is lovely and her team are very efficient and friendly. Good English have been spoken all around. Would recommend. Thanks!
I had a hair transplant with Mediprima 9 months ago. I wanted to wait and see the final outcome before writing a review. I was sceptical, but the result is even better than I hoped for. It was totally worth the time and money I invested in the procedure. The service was also excellent. They contacted me several times before going over and explaining everything in detail. They were kind, professional and answered my many questions. I give them 5 stars.
EsteGrande really was superb with every aspect of the transplant. Everything was as explained and as promised. They showed genuine care for me as a patient and as a person and they were extremely conscious of making sure I received the best transplant service and medical care. Ask them all of your questions and understand exactly what I mean. I'm so glad I made the right decision by choosing my instinct and going with them, and I'm sure nobody else would regret doing so either.
