I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.
Dr Alberto Leguina-Ruzzi is a sympathetic professional who followed me through the process from beginning to end. He did not agree with my initial proposal to do a thread-lifting, despite it would have benefited him from an economical perspective, as he felt I didn’t need it and suggested instead a lighter treatment to improve my black eyes. I am fully satisfied with his services and will definitely be back!
I brought my daughter to Dympna with a recurring skin tag that we were unable to get rid of through other treatments. Dympna was so mindful of my daughters nerves and reassured her by explaining everything directly to her, checking that she understood what was going on at all times and was OK. As a mother, entrusting your child's care to somebody else is not always easy, but I felt completely at ease with Dympna and her professional manner. I am happy to say, the process was a complete success, no sign of regrowth or scars. Had a skin tag removed from my upper eyelid. The clinic is clean, welcoming and friendly. The procedure was fully explained and done painlessly and told what to expect after, very professional staff and highly recommended .
I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years. Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something. The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth. They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.) Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.
