After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

Having recently turned the big 50, I wanted to feel better and look more refreshed – especially as I had started to notice how tired I looked. I chose Dr Raquel Amado as I know that she specialises in making sure that her patients look natural, not overdone and just a better version of themselves. After a thorough consultation, where we discussed in detail what was bothering me, I decided to go for a full ‘liquid face lift’ using the dermal fillers that she recommended. I have had a small amount of fillers in the past, so I knew a little bit of what to expect, but this was completely different as Dr Raquel didn’t just get rid of one little line, she basically re-contoured my face, cheeks, chin and jowl area – lifting it and sculpting it back to how it was maybe 5-10 years ago before gravity and the menopause kicked in. She was very gentle, used a local anaesthetic and took her time with me. Dr Raquel was very careful to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, checking to see that she was happy with the changes as well as making sure that I was. All in all, we used over 5ml of filler, the most I have ever had, but wow – the results are absolutely incredible. I look natural, not done, not overfilled, just a better, more rejuvenated version of me. We chose the Neauvia range of filler both for the natural results, and also because Dr Raquel is a trainer for them – so she knew it would give me the outcome I was looking for. I am so happy with everything. I can’t thank Dr Raquel enough. I look and feel so much better, but the best part is – no-one really knows. Once the swelling and the small bruise went down (this is normal and only lasted a few days), my face looked lifted, less tired and more refreshed. Thank you so much Dr Raquel. I am very pleased with the results of my treatment (skin cyst draining). The staff were very professional and welcoming. Paula put me at ease and talked me through the procedure. Afterwards, I was offered skin care advice which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Had a very unsightly facial mole removed on Wednesday at Wimborne clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Jai and the procedure was explained and carried out without any pain. I would recommend this clinic. I took the plaster off after 48 hours and the scar is very small. Again, no pain or bruising.

So professional what a welcoming clinic. Staff were so nice and my treatment was great. Will defo be back.
