I had 10 itchy moles removed from my back. The information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. The clinic was a pleasant environment. The doctor and assistant were likeable people. I was expecting this to be a consultation rather than actually doing the job, but I agreed on what needed doing and the price and got it done right away. Each mole was treated with an anaesthetic jab which was briefly a bit stingy, but the rest of the process was painless. The treatment leaves some short term wounds that are now healing well one week after treatment. They itch a bit but I am sure that this will reduce and go over the next few weeks. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I am glad I have had it done.

I receive a follow-up call every week to see how I am and send Dr. Silva a picture of my nose where the cyst was. I have never received such attention from a consultant in my whole life. I’ve had several different treatments with Dr Brad! Including Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, eye hollow filler and laser treatments for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation. Dr Brad is a highly professional Doctor and very compassionate. I’m really happy with the results of the laser treatments and it’s given me more confidence! Have been to the clinic for warts removal. They were very professional, pleasant and welcoming. Had the treatment all went well am now waiting to go back in a few weeks to check the success/progress.

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

I had laser hair removal for my upper lip and bikini with excellent results. I'm keen to try other treatments. I would highly recommend
