I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!
