Very professional staff. Up to date equipment and everything sterilized during the visit to ensure the safety of the patients and staff! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The waiting room was immaculate and air-conditioned as it was 112 degrees outside. This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.
I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. We walked in as a family of three to get routine cleaning done and Ameridental was able to fit us into the schedule and took great care of us. Dr. Salette was very attentive and professional. Contacted Neo Dental on a very short notice and they were able to get me in for the time that I had available to get full mouth crowns/veneers. Alexa was really great to work with. She arranged everything for us. Dr. Miller did an amazing job and was really understanding with what I needed and gave great suggestions. Really happy with the results. Would recommend 10/10.
I had a 20 veneer ceramic treatment about 8 months ago with Dr Hugo Contreras and I can eat everything I want. He was so perfect, he checked every detail of design and function and his staff is so nice. I'm speechless at how much attention they gave me. They were there every step of the way. My husband and I had a lot of dental work done recently, and we are very pleased with the outcome. The dentists are very skilled, and up to date with all modern technology. They are ahead of a lot of clinics here in the US. Dr Kevin and Dr Daniela are excellent. Had very little discomfort with procedures done. Dr Mendoza did my work. I had six crowns and six implant's. It was a lot of work to have done in two days. Dr Mendoza got the job done, he stayed past 4:00 to finish things up. I will be back if more work is needed. Thank you for a great job.
