I chose this clinic because it was modern and well-equipped. I was also impressed that they spoke English. I had x-rays, with the very latest in x-ray equipment and a crown replacement. I was given options and allowed to choose what I felt was best for my circumstances. The procedures were done with virtually no pain and completed a day earlier than anticipated. The office was great about keeping in touch to set up my necessary appointments. The crown fit perfectly when first placed and I am very happy with the results.
I had planned a vacation in Belgrade but at the last moment I had excruciating pain 2 days before departure and I couldn't get help from my dentist in my country. Had a full set of upper dentures fitted by Michael. what can I say, after visiting many private dental practices and still not finding the right fit/appearance Michael understood my needs and took the time to listen to how the lack of teeth affected my life. The staff as a whole are kind, polite and hardworking. Such a lovely atmosphere too. After suffering from a painful wisdom tooth for quite some time, Abbey Dental Care took care of me. I saw Dr Bailey who was fantastic with me, he prescribed much-needed antibiotics to sort the infection and then referred me to see Dr Joe Gray who extracted the tooth. I was extremely nervous as this was not a straightforward extraction, in terms of how the tooth was growing, where it was growing and also with bone growing over the tooth. The very talented Dr Gray made sure I was comfortable and giving me as many breaks as I needed during the procedure. I can not recommend Abbey Dental Care enough and certainly the Dr's I saw and not to forget the dental nurses who also was fantastic. Along with pleasant reception staff who was also very kind. I have always been satisfied with my treatment at the clinic which is the reason I remained with the clinic when I moved to East Lothian. I have found it harder to get appointments recently especially double appointments for checkups and hygiene together which is frustrating as I travel a distance to come. The dentist is very attentive and explains procedures well.
The Best Humans and Doctors I ever met. They respect you and treat you like human and not see you as money. They spent a lot of time with us to explain everything we needed to know, in comparison with all previous doctors that they didnt even want to listen our problem and their therapies were only to take money.
