I would just like to say thank you for the way my appointment went last Friday (09/06/2023). I had been experiencing a nagging ache from a broken / fractured wisdom tooth for 3 to 4 weeks. My dentist referred me to the team at Leagrave as he had experienced trouble extracting it. I had a session of intravenous sedation and the tooth was out in around 30 minutes. Today less than 24 hours after the appointment is the first day I have not had to take tablets for pain. Thank you to all at Leagrave for the service you gave.
I have just finished treatment with Dr Kolahi for cosmetic dentistry and extensive work that was necessary before the cosmetic could be done. I came to this dentist just after the start of lockdown when my own NHS dentist ruined my bridge at the front. I looked into having implants and came for a consultation. Dr Hamid was fantastic and listened to what I wanted. I had a 3D scan and treatment plan drawn up. I had to have a bone transplant due to my jaw bone density not being sufficient enough for the implant. I have had 4 teeth replaced at the front following a childhood accident that has haunted me all my life. Dr Hamid his assistant and receptionist can not do enough for you. My treatment has finished and I am so happy I can smile again with confidence. I will not go anywhere else. If you thinking about implants or cosmetic dental surgery without a doubt they are the best. Not pushy, listen to you, kind and caring. Absolutely fantastic!!
I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.
