Great experience from start to finish. My coordinator was super helpful and informative and was supporting me the entire time. My treatment was very good and the surgeons were great. Very clean and lovely place!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

What an amazing experience from the very first message I sent to enquire about surgery, to being dropped off at the airport for our save journey home. I feel I received the highest level of care. A great price for a amazing result. My body looks and feels better than I ever could of imagine, I can't actually believe that is my reflection In the mirror. Dr Houtan and his team have certainly worked their magic on me, his experience is of the highest, he really did put my mind at ease, from the minute I saw him for the first time, I really did put my life in his capable hands, for an amazing result in return. Wow she definitely is patient, from the very first w.app message to the 1,000 one I sent her she responded to them all, answered them all with confidence, also arranging a video consultation. From the minute we stepped of the plane and went to departure, we had our taxi there waiting for us, special thanks also to the driver (can't remember his name, but he had the most beautiful eyes ever) he took all our luggage and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also transferring us from the hospital to the hotel, and even dropping more medication off for me at the hotel. Every single day has gone smoothly and I cannot fault the new health clinic, In my eyes they are my heroes, and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is considering any kind of surgery abroad. They have changed my life and my happiness for the better, and for that I will be forever grateful.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

Hi, I Met with the doctor, who was very helpful on WhatsApp. I was very grateful, that the doctor explained a few things to me. I have done further research on the procedure and will go ahead with the surgery. However, your price is double what I expected to pay. I recently had a cosmetic procedure (Otoplasty) performed by Dr Fotios. I am very pleased with the result and the exceptional care that was provided by him. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care I received was second to none. He was professional, courteous, caring and very informative with the procedure that took place and ready to answer any questions at any time. He continued to check up on me in the post-operative stage and organise follow up appointments to see how I was healing. Very brilliant doctor. I highly recommend Dr Fotios to anyone who is thinking of getting any medical procedure done as you'll definitely be happy with the outcome and the overall experience.

I was diagnosed with an inguinal hernia in December last year. They told me I would have the operation by the following February under the UK National Health Service. Eventually I was told it wouldn’t be possible this year due to the pandemic. I looked to have this done privately in the UK but the cost was very high so I then looked to go abroad. Coramed had the best reviews and were extremely helpful and friendly. I had the procedure in early June.They sorted out the hotel, airport and clinic transfers. The clinic was modern and comfortable, I would recommend very highly. Including hotels and flights the cost was 25% of going private in the uk. Wrocław is also a lovely city to visit.
