Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They checked on me multiple times during the hospital stay and after discharge. I had full body liposuction with minimal and natural fat grafting with a 1-night hospital stay, discharged with medicines and compression garments.

I had my surgery on 9th at 1.30pm. It took around 5 hours to have full vaginal rejuvenation, breast implants (350cc textured Mentors over the muscle) and lipo on my flanks. Dr Ashok did my lipo for free to balance my figure! I had a real attack of nerves the night before and considered cancelling the whole thing, I was convinced it was all going to go wrong! I met with Dr Ashok, the morning of my surgery at 9.30 am. I had been speaking to him for nearly a year via phone and email. I felt very comfortable with him immediately and sure that he already knew exactly what I was looking for. The Medeor hospital in Dubai was really clean and my room was gorgeous. The nurses were so kind to me, helped me with everything before and after the surgery. Going into the theatre was nerve-wracking but again the nurses and Anesthesiologist were very kind. When I came out of surgery I was in the recovery room for around an hour, my husband came and said hi to me there, but I was still quite groggy! I was taken to my luxury bedroom at about 7 pm to stay over for the night. I wasn't in any pain at all and felt positive about my surgery. I struggled to sleep because I started to feel a little anxious about my surgery results and also being in a foreign country in a hospital on my own (I travelled from the UK to Dubai for surgery). The nurses brought me tea, juices, water and my dinner were really nice too). They checked on me and chatted with my regularly which made the whole process pleasant and easy. In the morning once I had eaten breakfast, the nurse told me if I wanted to I was able to stand and go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. The first time I stood up I felt a little sick and clammy but managed to brush my teeth and then got back into bed (12 hours after surgery I was up and walking!), I decided to try again so that I could wash my face and try to beautify a little, ok not beautify but maybe a little moisturiser! The second time I got up I felt a lot easier on my feet and put some moisturiser on, my eye cream, sorted my hair out and got back into bed again. Dr Ashok visited me at around 10 am, to check on my results and showed me a picture of my vagina, I nearly cried! I couldn't believe it was me, It was even better than I could have imagined, really so beautiful! He said everything looked like it was doing well and I was allowed to go back to my hotel, I arranged to see him in a few days but we would stay in contact by email and I would send regular pictures to check my healing was on track. I was discharged, given my medications and my Husband came and picked me up, I had around a 30-minute taxi ride to my hotel, which was fine although I was really looking forward to being in bed and resting. I should mention my pain was managed with paracetamol throughout which was absolutely fine! I rested all day yesterday but did manage to get up and have some tea in the Cafe. I had dinner in bed! My chest felt very heavy when I got up, but not terribly painful, my vaginal rejuvenation hasn't hurt at all, I've had vaginal tightening, clitoral hood work, perineum work and fat grafting and the healing is really easy! I was given paracetamol and some stronger painkillers to take if needed, I haven't taken the stronger ones. I woke up this morning and after sleeping well last night, my chest felt very heavy and sore when I woke up. I think it's worse after being laid down for a long period, but not painful enough to worry or take the stronger painkillers. I did feel anxious about how my breasts looked today (I'm a worrier!) I had only seen them from peeking under my compression bra, so really didn't know what to expect at this point. I emailed Dr Ashok and told him I was worried (we are in email contact regularly). He said that I should go to the mirror and have a look. So I nervously did and unclipped my compression bra wow! They are everything I wanted them to be, natural, beautiful, pert and all mine! I can't believe they belong to me! Dr Ashok really is a very special surgeon, he takes so much pride in his clients. I felt like he treated me as one of his family, he cares so much. I feel like a new woman today. I have more healing and I am yet to see the end result but I'm really looking forward to it.

Breast reduction and uplift 5 weeks ago. Best best decision I have ever made. Best money I have ever spent. Went for a consultation, then emailed the clinic lots of times to answer a few questions..finally made decision a week later and then had to wait 6 weeks for my date to come. I was so nervous on the day of the operation. The staff were so friendly and really helped me to settle. After the operation I woke up to some slight pain, pain settled with painkillers provided and I got home that evening. I took it very easy for 2 days and then I started to build myself up to doing my normal daily routine. I went to follow up a week after, doctor was very happy with how I was healing and asked to see me in 3 weeks. I then went back 3 weeks later and all was looking and feeling well. I was so happy with the outcome. I feel so much more confident and look and feel a lot slimmer. I am more motivated to exercise from next week on which will be 6 weeks after the operation. I honestly wish I had have went for this operation years ago. It has changed my life in lots of positive ways. I read lots of reviews saying 'wish I had done it sooner, can't believe I am now writing that. If you are considering it, you definitely won't regret it.

I attended the Allmedica clinic in March 2024 for liposuction and a tummy tuck. I have to say the service that I received was second to none. Let me be clear, we added to our package the all-inclusive option so we were escorted through the whole process by our 'host' Oskar - from pick up at the airport, to drop off afterwards. The treatment itself was done exceedingly professionally, yet personal. The clinic in Nowy Targ (Poland) is very small and I was the only person staying there overnight - I had my own nurse on duty who monitored me throughout. There were no language problems - many could speak some English, we had the 'host' who spoke perfect English and there was always Google Translate! There were many pre-tests that I wouldn't have even thought of; blood tests were done in the comfort of the hotel room; dressing changes were also done in the hotel bedroom and Oskar also organised for the lymphatic drainage masseur to attend me at the hotel. Prior to the operation the surgeon discussed options with me and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.
