They made me feel so welcome and supportive from day one till I went home. The Health Store Turkey gave me the most amazing experience as I travelled alone to Izmir for Gastric Sleeve Surgery. From the moment I was met at the airport I was given the most fantastic care, the hospital was immaculate....every member of staff I met was wonderfully caring, friendly, and professional. The surgeon was fantastic and was happy to answer every question I had, surgery went well and he was back to visit me several times a day whilst I was in the hospital. The aftercare has been excellent it feels so good to know I am supported as I go forward on my journey. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Overall experience was great! I wish someone had told me ahead of time that my stay at the hotel only included a breakfast meal, had to pay out of pocket for the remaining meals.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
