I travelled to Istanbul from Canada and I had an incredible experience with Dr. Umit Hardal and his amazing assistant Basak. From the moment I got in contact with them, I felt welcomed and supported. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Throughout the entire process, they were there for me every step of the way. They made sure I felt comfortable and informed, providing me with all the necessary information about the rhinoplasty surgery. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable. She was always available to address any concerns or questions I had in a timely manner, making the entire process much smoother and less stressful.
