Dr Allughan Cahit Vural gave me a beautiful body that I did not have, this has changed my life completely. He is an excellent doctor. Before arriving in Istanbul Mcan coordinator Bilgen arranged my itinerary. It had all the scheduled plans from start to finish. When we arrived a driver was there to collect us, he took us to our hotel (Troya) arranged by MCan. When we arrived at the hotel it was a decent 3/4 star hotel. The hospital was really clean, the staff was professional although the nurses couldn't speak English. Bilgen was absolutely great who has constantly answered my questions and making sure I knew everything. She came to the hospital to provide all the information and was always ready to answer my questions on Whatsapp as well. The hospital staff were very supportive, skilful and professional. Beigen and the hotel staff were fantastic. I can never ask for anything better. After 3 nights in the hospital, we went back to the hotel and started exploring Istanbul. On the 5th day, the doctor wanted to check on me so we got picked up to go to his main clinic where he checked everything and it was all fine. The next day it was time to go back to Canada and we had no problems at the airport, it was a great experience. The whole team was friendly, professional and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back for the next procedure.
