From the first enquiry to our final farewell, Feret and Dr Alper Tuncel were absolutely wonderful. From start to finish everything was fully explained to me and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Feret even went to get me a Papa Joes pizza when I woke from surgery! The girls in the clinic when I went to meet Dr Tuncel were very friendly and courteous and always with a smile. My procedure was liposuction, and I am now 12 weeks post-surgery and I am so happy with my results. I only wish I had done it years ago. In fact, Dr Alper Tuncel did such a good job I don't even need a tummy tuck, which I was sure I would have, so thank you once again, you were simply superb. I would wholeheartedly recommend his team to anyone who is thinking of lipo, they will look after your day and night.

Dr Burak Alhan is one outstanding, confident, marvellous, remarkable, fantastic surgeon that knows exactly how it's done! He has an eye to detail, is extremely intelligent, charming, professional, patient, welcoming, warm, passionate, talented, and skilful. The list is ENDLESS!! I could honestly go on and on. Many surgeons never understood my issues nor my aim just my pocket! r Burak understood all my insecurities that had been bothering me for many many years. He explained everything thoroughly, what's safe what's not, what's possible what's not. My procedures were a bit complex to the point where no surgeon in London would even try!! Well let me tell you, Dr Burak made it happen with flying colours. The results are Phenomenal!!!! He really is an artist to perfection. And believe me when I say I am extremely hard to please and very particular with my needs. I really appreciated the honesty and trustworthiness. The services at Clinic Arts, hospital, hotel was brilliant. All staff members were superb, amazing, very warm, welcoming, caring, friendly and accommodating which made my journey go smoothly well. The Clinic stayed in touch from start to finish, follow ups, very efficient, extremely polite, and well mannered. Answered all my questions/enquiries at all times. The prices are so reasonable no hesitation whatsoever. Atakan and Ferve went far and beyond coordinating, communicating, organising and arranging EVERYTHING. They have been my absolute rock. I am a 32-year-old woman who complained about my nose all my life. I was having breathing problems heavily and I was not happy with the shape of my nose, my nostrils were really big and my nose had a hump. I was afraid of anesthesia, my biggest fear was not the wake up after the surgery. I wanted to talk about the price and procedure and got in contact with them. They explained everything perfectly and I wanted to get the operation done before I get too old for the operation. After the surgery, they put some cast on your nose along with some bandages to keep. I had this stuff on for a week and once they were removed I loved my new nose so much and the next day it got swollen again. Of course, I was worried about that however I am informed that those swellings will go down slowly day by day. Today it is been 4 months after the operation and all of my swelling is gone. Safe to say that I can breathe very efficiently and I am no longer snoring while I am sleeping. My husband loved my new look so much and he is happy that he has peaceful sleep since I am not snoring anymore.

Zeynep Metin Clinic is a delightful experience from start to finish, with excellent communication and no problems at all. The staff is super friendly and there for your every need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a hair transplant, five stars from me.
