I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. After going through hell in Istanbul surgery market* where they will rent surgeons in a public hospital to operate on you And cash you out, I only trust my surgeon doctor Houtan and my agent Deniz. I had my liposuction a month ago. Deniz took care of me. My surgeon listened to me and visited me daily in the hospital. I'm coming back for rhinoplasty and breast reduction next year and I won't choose anyone else but Houtan and Deniz. I want to thank the Head nurse took care of me like a daughter and the beautiful night nurse who gave me courage everyday. Thank you. You are the best choice.

After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I feel much more confident and I can drink liters of water without multiple trips to the toilet. Hylia health where very professional and supportive every step of the way, before and after treatment. They arranged transfers to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back. They have a coordinator who spoke extremely good English and was even able to advise on the best places to go out to eat and do fun activities. Now I'm back in the UK they are still in contact with me via what's app and I can contact them anytime if I have any concerns.

I’ve had some work done at this clinic. I have to say from the minute Meltem contacted me. Everything moved forward with speed and professionalism. Meltem put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. There’s always someone explaining everything in English. She put my mind at ease on any worries I had. The day of the op, Meltem was there with me at 7 am. She stayed with me for the whole period of time I was at the hospital. I really can not praise Meltem or the company enough, they are extremely professional, no pressure selling and mostly the customer comes first. I would rate them 5 stars without hesitation.
