Breast Implant Surgery, or Boob Job or Breast Augmentation Surgery, is performed to give women fuller and more rounded breasts.  It is popular among women who have lost breast volume because of weight loss or after childbirth and breast feeding. It is also performed for breast cancer patients who have undergone mastectomy surgery, to reconstruct their breasts.

How is Breast Implant Surgery done?

Breast Implant Surgery is performed either by a fat transfer procedure to increase the volume of breasts or by making incisions and inserting silicone gel or saline filled implants to increase the size of breasts. Depending on the patient's requirements they can be inserted above or underneath the muscle tissue of the breast and be inserted through incisions made underneath the breast or under the armpit.  The surgeon should explain the benefits of each type of procedure.

I had breast augmentation at IM Clinic. My results were amazing. I am very happy. I would advise you to be as prepared as you can be with specific questions and as much idea of what you want as possible so you can get the results you want. I had success choosing a girl that was in their before and after on website and saying I wanted my breasts to be like hers. I did end up getting very similar results to her and that has made me happy. I was concerned on the day of the surgery my surgeon was changing the size of implants he wanted to use as I was going under. This process was stressful for me and I was worried they would be too big. They did end up 32DD (some brands 32E) instead of 32D which is what I had asked for. Now that I have them I am very happy but also I would be happy if they were a cup size smaller too. The guys have been happy with them this size...So anyway I am happy now but I thought you all should be aware. They have healed very well. They are very squishy. More firm than natural breasts but I am very happy with how natural they feel and look considering they are not natural. That was my top request, to look as natural as possible and he did deliver that. They sit very naturally. If I stretch widely you can tell they move a bit weird but that is to be expected. It's not magic. For post-op just know it's not bad for very long but post-op was not easy at all. I guess don't underestimate that. Also if you don't speak English be prepared that there are not very many English speakers in the area. It is not a tourist area. I didn't think this through properly and it made things harder than they needed to be although everyone was lovely. I would 100% go with them again if I had to make the decision again. BA was right for me and I am so glad to have such an amazing surgeon to give me such amazing results.
