I have just had breast implants and full body liposuction with Dr Moahmed in Cairo and I am so happy with the results already and the aftercare service. I had a number of consultations in Egypt before I found Dr Moahmed but Dr Moahmed was very honest from the start and I felt comfortable and safe with his knowledge and expertise. I have had 5 plastic surgery procedures in the past in the UK, Europe and Asia and honestly, Dr Moahmeds knowledge, procedures, aftercare and how he has handled everything with his team have been the best out of all of them. I am a type 1 diabetic, and he handled my medical procedures, which were needed, perfectly, which shows how knowledgeable he is in his profession. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to perform plastic surgery to go with him. Also the reason why I choose Dr Moahmed is that he has worked in the UK as an NHS Doctor which made me feel even more safe knowing he had practised in my country and gained many rewards as well for his work. Had my eyelids fixed with Dr Wilson and he did an amazing job. He did not remove the fats, but spread them to give me a natural younger look. I was scared of having a hollow appearance after the surgery, but the new technique he did got me a fabulous appearance. Very happy and strongly recommend him.
I have had the most amazing experience, It took me a long time to find the right surgeon but it was sure as hell worth the wait! Mr El Gawad was my last consultation and from the minute we met he was incredibly helpful he knew more than any surgeon I had spoken to, he was so confident he could give me the body I had dreamed of for years! I had a full abdominoplasty with muscle repair (8cm gap) I had a hernia and liposuction along with mentoplasty! I had 4 children in the space of 5 years my tummy had been through alot. Mr El Gawad’s PA is also super helpful and so lovely! Nothing was ever a problem and I had a million questions before during and after, pall mall was amazing it was clean, the nurses were lovely. Mr El Gawad even helped me to and from the car on my follow up apt, this is so kind he literally goes above and beyond! I am so happy with my results they are amazing!!
