I had two moles removed from my head and I was in and out in 10 minutes! The results are perfect! The experience of the team showed, no pain, felt totally at ease (even though I don't like needles) and the nurse made me feel valued. The cost was reasonable considering how stress-free and fast the service was. I wouldn't skimp on a permanent appearance-altering procedure ever!

This was the first clinic I came across that gave me a good price for skin tag removals and they weren’t too far away from where I live either. It was value for money and there was no scarring. Two of the tags have grown back, but I haven’t had the chance to visit the clinic again. They offered me follow-ups, but I still need to go. Everyone was really good and I can’t fault them on anything. The staff was so welcoming and the service was professional. I recommended two of my friends and both of them have been for their appointments now.

I have attended this clinic over the last few years and have always been made to feel so special by Viki, the clinical receptionist. She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

My experience at Novello clinic with Yuliya was pleasant start to finish. Yuliya was very informative with regard to treatments and which ones would be suitable for me. Once I decided which one to have a further appointment was made and my cheek and lip fillers were done painlessly. After a week and all swelling gone I am so pleased with the results. Thank goodness I have found Dawn I’m more than pleased with what she did for me today Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers I’m simply overjoyed. Been coming to Julia for years for treatments and would highly recommend her clinic. She knows her stuff and is extremely passionate about what she does. I recently had a softwave and have seen a massive improvement in my neck, and it has lifted my hooded eyelids. Julia and Viki made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I would highly recommend Julia and her team. They are all very professional, and from the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome.
