Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Jodie made me feel very calm and talked me through everything she was doing. Always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. Delighted with treatment provided by Dr Anthony. Suffered for years with small lumps under eyes. After the consultation was informed they would be easily removed with laser treatment! Had one laser session and once slight bruising and scabs had gone away couldn't believe the difference - amazing no more lumps. Would highly recommend this clinic. Very efficient team. Cost was very reasonable for such a transformation.
I visited Dr Aswaq Al Hadithi on the 8th of February 2023 When I entered the clinic it was extremely clean. I was having a lesion removed the Dr explained everything she was going to do. My experience with hair loss started in my early twenties. It began thinning steadily over the years but it had rapidly progressed by the time I reached thirty. I never wore my hair down and regularly wore toppers as my hair was so transparent on the scalp and around the crown area. It took such a toll on my confidence and I would often be in tears at the thought of losing it. I exhausted all avenues too; various hair vitamins, hair toppers and hair extensions (the latter just exacerbated the problem). In the end, after a lot of research, I came across Horner and Brown in Coventry. We arranged a meeting and discussed my options. Michaela and Emma were very honest about expectations and we decided a combined laser and minoxidil treatment was the way forward. Initially, I lost a lot of hair, I was also shedding my postpartum baby hair so it was a double whammy for me, but over time I began noticing little baby hairs growing all around the front of my head where I had receded. I also felt new hair around my crown and scalp area. I am now at a point where my confidence has been restored, I no longer obsess about my hair and do not worry about the future. My hair feels healthy and fuller and I finally feel confident enough to wear it down. I can’t thank Emma and Michaela enough for their support, professionalism and honesty.
