I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Before l left l had a full skin diagnosis and full face laser treatment & follow up creams etc that need to be used strictly afterwards. 2x lip fillers twice. And Fillers in the areas needed. I recently had the prescription injection for hayfever as I know this can also help with eczema which I have suffered with seasonally for years, I was not however prepared for the amazing results I've had from this! I really am over the moon with the results, not only has this treatment helped with my hayfever but has also COMPLETELY cleared up my dry itchy which is now so soft and smooth it's never actually been in better condition! My hands in particular used to flare up due to allergies which got worse in summer and were unbearably itchy leading to soreness and blistering. I've seen doctors and dermatologists over the years but nothing has ever really worked long term so I'd resigned myself to just having to live with this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

On February 17, 2024, I booked an appointment for the Ultraformer III treatment. During my visit, I consulted with the doctor about treatments that could improve the quality of my skin and my cognitive health. The doctor provided clear explanations about each treatment option and I finally decided to do Glass-skin program, NAD+ Therapy and the Ultraformer III 600 shots. The clinic was kind enough to provide me with numbing cream, which made the procedure very comfortable, including the injections that followed. Numbing cream took around 50-60 minutes and during the wait, NAD+ was administered. They also prescribed an anti-swelling lotion in case I experienced any swelling the next day. Today, on February 18, 2024, my skin is smooth and I have no pain or swelling. I don't have to use the prescribed lotion at all. I am able to go to work without any problems and I can already feel the tightening effect of the treatment. I am excited to see the full results.
