I visited Janine for some laser hair removal and also the removal of some skin tags and skin blemishes. Janine was nothing but friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the treatments she provides. Her beauty room was spotlessly clean and it was lovely to see an array of certificates on the wall. There was also relaxing music playing in the backdate, which set the scene perfectly. After an in-depth consultation, Janine talked through the processes and offered lots of aftercare information. The results were immediate on the removal of the skin tags and after a week or so the results of the removal of the skin blemishes were outstanding, I'm extremely happy with the results and was quite shocked at how clear my skin looked. I've booked in for further hair removal as this needs more than 1 appointment. Thank you so much Janine from a very happy customer.

Beata is always contactable, highly professional and put me at ease with my scars, explaining the treatment options available (laser scar removal at different depths) and letting me choose the course of action and how many treatments/what products she recommended without being pushy. I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

I recently went to this clinic for advice on what treatments I need for forehead lines and lines on side of my nose. I found both Dr Imran and his wife to be amazing, I received free consultation and then treatment with Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers (juvederm) and I feel and look amazing. They really made me feel at ease with their kind nature and their exceptional knowledge . I would definitely be going back . I found the clinic online and treatment prices were similar to other local clinics .

I have been at the surgery since 2008 and I am very happy with the service. Jeremy and the team have lived up to my expectations on each and every visit. Two weeks ago I had my 6 month checkup and teeth cleaned. Sophie has continued to ensure I am looked after very well. I am not interested in moving to any other dentist as I am delighted with the service.
