I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. Dr Mani and his team are absolutely amazing, very professional at their job made me feel very comfortable. I am super happy with my results. 5 weeks post op and still in contact when ever needed I would very much recommend it.

Me & My cousin came to new me Health clinic the coordinator we were speaking to (Deniz) from start to finish has been absolutely amazing answering every question brilliantly so so helpful and a lovely lady. They put us up in a beautiful hotel where the staff are also absolutely brilliant! (This was included in the price)I couldn’t recommend new me health clinic enough Dr Houtan is such an amazing surgeon and makes you feel so at ease. The drivers will take you wherever you would like to go with no charge throughout your whole stay. It was my birthday the day after my surgery and they came with a cake flowers & baloons ❤️🫶 I threw my jewellery away by accident and the cleaners emptied the whole bin and found my jewellery! Nothing here is a problem to anybody no job to big or to small! They really did go above and beyond with absolutely everything. You wouldn’t get this level of care in the UK. Thank you so much new me health clinic I cannot wait for the final result ❤️

My husband and I went to the clinic for our first 12-week pregnancy scan. We were served by Hatice and we had an absolutely amazing experience! She was very educated and invested and she gave us a memory for life. Thank you so much Hatice.

I came from the UK to Antalya, they meet and greet me at the Airport and then had an amazing journey to hotel with VIP transfer, they took me to hotel and I was so surprised because hotel definitely 5-star. Just had my dental treatment done at Soraca Med Clinic everything went really good, I did not feel any pain or discomfort. The staff at the clinic was very helpfull and explained me everything from A-Z . They gave me a nice city tour and took me to the shopping centre. An amazing service!
