From the first contact with the coordinator, I felt supported. They got back to me quickly with nothing being too much trouble. I had a WhatsApp call with the surgeon to discuss the best way forward for me. Once I decided they helped with timescales according to flights that I was looking into and my surgery was as booked in for 3 weeks time. This could have been earlier or later, it was all my choice. So travel date - my flight was delayed twice meaning that we didn’t get to the clinic until around midnight. With my gastric sleeve surgery plan for the next day I was worried that it wouldn’t go ahead. I had no need to worry at all. Blood tests and admission papers all done immediately. The next morning all others check ups completed which we’re going well until the endoscopy identified polips in my stomach, biopsy taken and sent for analysis. This unfortunately delayed my surgery for 3 days but again I didn’t need to worry myself and my partner were taken to a hotel. Throughout this time the clinic stayed in contact ensuring we were kept fully informed of plans once the results were in. Night before operation taken back to the hospital and prepped again for the next morning. Operation took place and went ahead without any further issues. Just felt a little groggy for the first 24 hours but is to be expected. The aftercare was amazing from the nurses with visits from the Dr’s daily and dieticians who thoroughly explained everything about the diet to follow and the medication to take. They encouraged questions all the time so I never felt like I was being a burden. I had an open-ended flight return so was easy to change the return flight. I returned to the UK without any issues using assisted travel which was a godsend. If you are reading this and are worried about having surgery abroad STOP right there. Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.

Amazing service, made me feel comfortable during my teeth whitening session and the results were fantastic! Special shoutouts to Cherelle who was very helpful and patient on the phone and Martyna who did my session amazingly and professionally. Will be back again 100%.

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Dr MAK. The service from initial interest thru to the visit was absolutely great. They were very quick to respond to questions and give great advice. Once we arrived in Antalya we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hospital for initial tests. My husband stayed with me the whole time at the hospital, we were there 2 nights before going to a hotel of our choice. The surgeon was fantastic, he discussed the operation with me, was there when I woke from surgery and I had 3 further checkups with him and his nurse. It was a great value as the care was far superior to anything I could have imagined. I chose this clinic because I had 2 friends who had also used it and it was highly recommended by them.

It was afternoon when I came here, I wasn’t nervous at all, people at Asia Cosmetic Hospital were very accommodating. They all were friendly and nice which makes me feel safe and comfortable. The people who assisted me were all nice and very hospitable. Jeab who was my contact was very friendly and explained to me everything well. My Dr. Tanongsak Panyawirunroj was also nice, it was a quick consultation but I felt his professionalism which makes me trust him more. Everything went well from the day of the surgery until my discharge. I also thankful to an interpreter who assisted me, she was very nice and explained everything to me well without pressure. And the other lovely who assisted me in going to the room and discharge. The nurse who assisted me is also very nice to me to make sure I feel better after surgery until, discharge. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience for me and was very happy to choose this hospital. Maybe I’ll come back next time.

Wow, it’s 6 months since I had a vertical breast reduction with Lisa. At 66 I felt it was my time - I went from a 36i to a 36d and it’s fantastic. I can breathe more easily, I play tennis most days, I bought a bikini “ off the shelf”, I no longer look gross in photos, and so much more. Lisa made me feel good about myself again and I will be forever grateful for her kindness, professionalism and care.

The staff is very nice. Best service I have had so far. Overall, it was so satisfying.
