I was treated with care by Dr Derya Bingöl and her amazing team I had tummy tuck and breast uplift with implants surgery about 1 year ago. Everyone at the procedure make me feel as comfortable as possible. I was in very professional hands. I highly recommend Dr Derya Bingol. She is extremely caring, knowledgeable and skilled. Her assistance Nazli is one of the kindest person l have ever met. She is doing a perfect job. The hospital was clean and comfortable. Mrs. Hulya was fabulous. I was interested in the excellent logistics services which provided me with transportation from and to the airport, from hotel to hospital on daily basis. The administration team including the translator was excellent and comforting. My doctor Gokhan did a professional job and were genuinely friendly. Prices are reasonable and worth the service and treatment offered. The excellent results that I have started to see just one week after the operation stands as a live selling point where all friends and family members admire. Thank you Mr Gokhan and his team. Had surgery with Dr Mehmet Ceber in March. Had a flur de tummy tuck back lift and arm lift with lipo. The best decision I ever made. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!

I was at this clinic 9 years ago and had multiple crowns and a bridge. Never have I been so happy with the way my smile looked. So 9 years later, I went back for a check-up as I had a tooth which had minimal decay, Dr Alyvia identified I required not only a filling but a root canal, although I have regular checkups, I get quite anxious about a visit to the dentist, Dr Alysia was so caring and warm ensuring I experienced nil discomfort which I must say she achieved, she was wonderful.I had a filling a root canal and a Crown for a minimal amount compared to what I would pay in Australia and all that work was completed over 3 days, which allowed us to enjoy our holiday as well. Dep organised pick up from our hotel to attend my appointments. Everything went perfectly. An exceptional clinic, we have referred 3 of our friends in the past and they to have been impressed with the clinic and the professionalism of the staff. We will return there in the future not only because of the price difference compared to Australian , but mainly because of the pain free service.
